I gave up on gluten-free wraps some time ago. They either broke as soon as I tried to fold them, or their taste was so odd that I couldn't convince my kids to eat them (and who'd blame them?). Gluten-free lunch sticks and parmesan polenta bites
Back in the days before she was diagnosed, I regularly went into battle with My Little Coeliac to try to get her to eat something, anything, nutritious.
