The Gluten-free Lunchboxes eCookbook will help ease you and your kids into the new school year
With just a few weeks left of Australian school summer holidays, it’s time to think about going back to school. I’ve just done the monster shoe purchase for my kids (7 pairs of shoes in one day. That’s a new record for me), as well as pencil cases and water bottles. Thankfully, Father Christmas took care of the lunchboxes. Not sure my credit card would have coped if we had to buy lunchboxes on the same day. Yikes.
It’s also a great time to think about stocking up your freezer with school lunch and snack options so you can have on hand a variety of foods. It makes school lunchboxes so much easier to manage.
I’ve started working on some new recipes, but I’m also restocking my freezer with some tried and true favourites, which are all in my eCookbook.
